Booking Policy
Booking direct means the best available rate, no booking fees and a real person on the other side of every message.
Confirming your booking
A reservation is confirmed once your deposit has been received and you have a booking reference from us by email.
Rates are quoted in South African rand.
Deposit and balance
A deposit of 50% secures your dates. The balance is due 7 days before arrival. Payment in full on bookings made within 7 days of arrival.
Minimum stays
A two-night minimum applies over peak season and public holidays.
Changes
Date changes are welcome subject to availability and any rate difference. Contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
