Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every stay booked directly with Kairos on the Lake.
Your stay
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Earlier arrivals or later departures can often be arranged.
The number of guests may not exceed the maximum stated for your chalet without prior agreement.
The estate
The estate is a quiet, family-friendly property. We ask that noise is kept low after 22:00 out of respect for other guests and the birdlife.
Use of the lake, jetty, watercraft, swimming pool and facilities is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
Pets
Well-behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Owners are responsible for any damage or cleaning caused by their pets.
Damage and liability
Guests are responsible for the accommodation during their stay and for any loss or damage beyond fair wear and tear.
Kairos on the Lake accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage to personal belongings, except where caused by our negligence.
